- Cancellations are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer date.
- After that window, the transfer is initiated and can't be canceled or refunded.
- Please confirm the contract holder’s information, payment amount, and payment method before you pay.
- Domestic (Korean-issued) cards aren't accepted — only overseas-issued cards and supported e-wallets can be used.

Common questions
This is not a service that charges you immediately upon application. The payment link is sent by email after we finish verifying the contract details and the billed amount.
The payment link is valid for 48 hours from the time it is sent. If it has expired, please apply again.
You can use VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay overseas-issued cards, as well as the e-wallets supported in each country. Domestic (Korean-issued) cards aren't accepted. Availability of payment methods may be limited depending on the issuing country and the payment environment.
No, this is not allowed. The cardholder and the contract holder must be the same person.
The rent and the final payment amount are displayed in Korean won. When paying with an overseas-issued card, your card issuer may separately apply its own exchange rate and overseas transaction fees.
Your payment is confirmed and the transfer to the landlord’s account is initiated within one day at the latest after payment is complete.
Cancellations are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer date. After that window, the transfer is initiated and cancellations and refunds are not possible. Be sure to verify the contract holder’s information and the payment amount before paying.
Check your card information and whether overseas payments are enabled, then try again. If it keeps failing, please use another card or a different supported payment method.

We verify the billed amount on the contract and send the payment link only for that amount. If the amount you entered when applying differs from the actual billed amount, the payment link may not be sent.
